Entries still remain open for our forthcoming Farm Machinery and Equipment Sale running online from 9th March to 12th March 2022 but be quick if you’re thinking of making an entry as we will be completing our March catalogue very soon.
Spring is the perfect time for Lincolnshire farmers to clear out barns and outbuildings to convert unwanted or outdated equipment and farm machinery to income before the financial year end.
Likewise, if you’re looking for specific farm machinery, our Online Timed Collective Auction of Farm Machinery & Equipment catalogue will soon be available to browse online. Bidding opens online from 12 noon on Wednesday 9th March and staggered to 12 noon Sunday 13th March 2021.
“Now that our Farm Machinery and Equipment Auctions are online, we are able to reach a much larger and broader audience of buyers across the UK who appreciate the convenience of browsing and bidding online” says Lucy Turner, Masons’ most recently qualified RICS Chartered Surveyor, Land Agent and Registered Valuer.
Together with Oliver Chapman, our Livestock Auctioneer, Lucy is pulling together the auction entries from entry forms you can find on our Louth Livestock Market website. Sellers can return forms along with photos by email or send by text for ease.
“We’ve noticed we’re not only attracting buyers who are looking for farm machinery and equipment locally but picking up interest from further afield for farm ephemera that’s popular with collectors from all over the country.”
Commission for this sale is just 5% + VAT capped at £500 with no fee payable. So if your items don’t sell there is nothing to pay so there’s every reason to disperse of equipment you no longer need or use.
